Fresh Chicken thigh - Walter - F.g. phosphate - salt - Black pepper- White pepper- Garlic- Onion - Skimmed milk- Celery - Ginger- Wheat Flour.
Oil: Mixture of soya & Olin oll Partially Hydrogenated
- Heat the oil temperature to18o"C before putting the product.
- fry in oil at 180" c for 12 min.
- Decrease oil temperature after adding product.
- Leave Product until got golden color
