Ingredients :


Fresh Chicken Fillet -water- F.g.phosphate -Salt -Skimmed Milk - black pepper -white pepper - Garlic - Onion- Ginger - Celery -
Bread Crumb -Wheat Flour.
Oil: Mixture of soya and Olin Partially hydrogenated.

 

Cooking Instruction:

  • Heat the oil temperature to180" before putting the product.
  • fry in oil at 180°C for 3 - 5 min.
